The Can Tho City People’s Committee has approved a pilot project to build 1,000 apartments for low-income workers who work in the city’s industrial parks and export processing zones, the Can Tho City Confederation of Labour said. The project, with funds from the Can Tho City Confederation of Labour, will be built in an area of 20 ha in O Mon District’s Phuoc Thoi Commune.
