11 Oct 2007 - Children and teachers of Le Quy Don primary school received more than 1,800 helmets through the Helmets for Kids programme on Oct. 10 in the Can Tho city, Mekong Delta.
The helmets were given by the Asia Injury Prevention Foundation and Chevron Viet Nam while at the event, children from grades 1-5 performed songs and games with helmets and a traffic safety role play.
A traffic safety question and answer session teaches the kids how to fit their helmet properly, and reviews important bike safety.
